Pollywog Creek Commons is located in Labelle, Florida. An affordable housing project developed by Rural Neighborhoods, LLC it is primarily for low income persons who make most of their living from farm worker sources. Completed in 2011, and funded by both USDA and the Florida Housing Finacing Authority, the 64 unit community is designed around a 1 and 1/2 acre open area that is used for community activities. The project also addresses the public street it faces in an attempt to make an urban inviting face toward the community.
