This is a 10 unit apartment project developed by an organization that provides housing and other services for at risk and homeless families in Palm Beach County, Florida. The site was an in fill multi family lot surrounded by depressing and bland 2 story buildings that exhibited very little imagination. It was important that this building break the mold of the surrounding buildings and showed the creativity and care for details that exemplify the Owners approach to providing much needed housing to families that have very few choices.
